The Alumni Steak Bake takes place twice a year (September & February), during RUSH week at the Fraternity House.
The purpose of the Steak Bake is to create an event that allows alums to come together to support the chapter in the heart of RUSH Week.

"Dress Clothes" Program:	We are encouraging Alumni to "bring a suit, a sport jacket or tie" to the Steak Bake to donate to the active chapter. This is a great opportunity to clean out your closet (you may have an old suit/jacket that doesn't fit anymore) and by donating it to the fraternity you can help out a young "bro". Cost:	$5 for dues paid alums (2008) $10 for all other alums FREE for Actives & Rushees
Tune-Up (Pre-Party) :	4:00 - 6:45pm "Tune-Up" at Joe Jost's (back room is RESERVED for SAE)
